FOR OUR PATIENTS WITH INSURANCE COVERAGE:
Our staff will contact your insurance company to determine what portion of your treatment plan/surgery they will cover. We will then contact you with an estimate of the expected out of pocket expenses you will incur.
We are providers for the following insurance companies:
CIGNA DENTAL PPO
Your cost share/co-pay is due at the time of treatment/surgery. Any financial arrangements regarding your portion of the charges must be made prior to the date of treatment.
As a courtesy, we will be glad to file your claim with your insurance company, however, any balance due at 45 days past the date of service, will become your responsibility . Your insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company and you are ultimately responsible for any charge incurred during treatment/surgery. We will be glad to assist you in securing your insurance payment but have found most insurance companies are much more responsive to the customer (you) than to the provider (us).
FOR OUR PATIENTS WITHOUT INSURANCE COVERAGE:
Payment is required at the time of service. If you have a special circumstance you would like to discuss with patients accounts, please call a representative at 334-794-5267.
We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, travelers' checks or credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express).
We also have outside financing available through CareCredit for those who qualify and will be glad to assist you with the required paperwork. You may choose to apply for CareCredit prior to your visit with us by accessing their website at www.CareCredit.com
